Park Tudor’s Innovators Institute attracts young entrepreneurs from Central Indiana to its three-week seminar. The program culminates with an opportunity for each participant to pitch his or her idea to a panel of judges comprised of Indianapolis professionals. Cole Momcilovich, a sophomore at Park Tudor School, participated in Innovators Institute in 2016 by designing an app to address a problem in the city: thousands of kids do not have access to healthy foods options over the summer, when school is not in session. Park Tudor approached Holsapple Communications seeking media attention for Cole’s app and we ran with it. A press release announcing the app was developed and sent to targeted media outlets. Both Inside Indiana Business and WTHR covered the story. Cole is now seeking funding for his app and hopes to have it fully functional by 2018. Good luck, Cole!
