Innovative Health Solutions (IHS) created the BRIDGE, a device to help people safely withdrawal from opioids in just five days. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the BRIDGE in November 2017 and IHS needed a national media campaign to spread the word to journalists in markets across the country. Holsapple Communications developed the earned media plan which included press releases, strategic media pitches and media training for the IHS representatives. The media campaign proved widely successful as more nearly 200 media outlets across the country covered the story including the Washington Post, Fox News and Good Morning America. The BRIDGE received extensive coverage on various local media outlets as well. BRIDGE customers have now come forward to tell media their success stories with the technology.
